This webinar will explore the current state of quasi-judicial immunity in California after the recent Vergara vs. Ouse appellate opinion. The Ouse Court upheld and relied on the Howard v. Drapkin holding of 35 years ago in protecting a therapists actions form suit.  The webinar will explore the basis for a quasi-judicial immunity finding, as well as potential limits.
