Family courts are frequently called upon to make decisions about when to order supervision of a parent’s visits, what type of supervision to order, and how to determine when the supervision no longer is needed. During this webinar, experienced child custody attorneys will discuss the factors that should be considered when requesting/recommending/ordering supervised visitation; the degree of detail that should go into a supervision order to provide the supervisor with appropriate guidance; what should go into the supervisor’s visitation report; and how to determine when supervision no longer is necessary.
