Become a 2027 Conference Sponsor
Sponsorship support helps AFCC-CA keep our Annual Conference affordable and accessible to family law professionals at every stage of their careers, expanding opportunities for participation and professional education. Your generosity also allows us to offer reduced or complimentary registration to judicial officers, court service professionals, and legal aid providers, while providing scholarships to students who represent the future of our field.
You can sponsor at the following levels of support. Sponsorship at every level will be acknowledged in the 2027 Conference Program Summary made available to all attendees, and your name will be listed on Conference Marketing Eblasts. WIFI, Reception, Luncheon, Breakfast, Coffee Break, and Platinum sponsors will receive special acknowledgment at the Conference.
- WIFI: $10,000 – Sponsor as noted by the sponsor’s name used as the password and listed in the Conference Program. Sponsor’s website will be listed on the AFCC-CA website, Sponsor will be included in preconference eblasts. (1 available)
- FRIDAY RECEPTION: $7,500 – Sponsor as noted by a special sign and mention at the Reception. Sponsor’s website will be listed on the AFCC-CA website. Sponsor will be included in preconference eblasts. (1 available)
- SATURDAY LUNCHEON: $6,000 – Sponsor as noted by a special sign and mention at the Reception. Sponsor’s website will be listed on the AFCC-CA website. Sponsor will be included in preconference eblasts. (1 available)
- BREAKFAST: $5000 – Sponsor as noted by a special sign at Breakfast. Sponsor’s website will be listed on the AFCC-CA website. Sponsor will be included in preconference eblasts. (2 available)
- COFFEE BREAK: $5,000 – Host a Coffee Break as noted by a special sign at the coffee break. Sponsor’s website will be listed on the AFCC-CA website. Sponsor will be included in preconference eblasts. (3 available)
- PLATINUM: $5,000 – Full-Page Ad in Conference Program. Sponsor’s website will be listed on the AFCC-CA website. Sponsor will be included in preconference eblasts. (multiple opportunities)
- GOLD: $2,500 – Half-Page Ad in Conference Program. Sponsor will be included in preconference eblasts. (multiple opportunities)
- SILVER: $1,000 – One-Quarter Page Ad in Conference Program. (multiple opportunities)
- BRONZE: $500 – Business Card Size Ad in Conference Program. (multiple opportunities)
- COPPER: $250 – Acknowledgment in Conference Program (multiple opportunities)
To sponsor and pay online please use our Online Sponsorship Payment Form. You pay also pay with your check made payable to Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, California Chapter in care of Diane Wasznicky, JD, Treasurer AFCC CA, 4740 Folsom Boulevard Sacramento, CA 95819. Please submit the information requested in the online payment form with your check.
In order to include your ad in our Conference Program, we need to receive your artwork by January 2nd. The dimensions for ads are:
- WI-FI, RECEPTION, LUNCHEON, BREAKFASTS, COFFEE BREAKS, PLATINUM – Full page: 10 inches tall by 7.5 inches wide.
- GOLD – Half page: 5 inches tall by 7.5 inches wide.
- SILVER – Quarter page: 5 inches tall by 3.75 inches wide.
- BRONZE – Business Card size: 2.375 inches tall by 3.75 inches wide.
We prefer your files in PDF, Illustrator (.ai), or Photoshop (.psd) formats, but we are also able to work with PNG or JPEG. If we have created an ad for you in the past or if you don’t have artwork, our graphic artist is willing to work with you to create something you like.
